TruTrip.in endeavors to expedite refunds but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers.
3.4 Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise requested and agreed upon. For bank transfers, additional information such as account details may be required.
4. Service Fees
TruTrip.in’s service fees are as follows:
Fees for cancellations and refunds are determined based on the complexity and nature of the service.

Service fees are in addition to any charges levied by the service provider.
