CONTACT TRUTRIP

A conversation.
Then a direction.

You do not need a finished itinerary to get in touch. A place you are curious about, a date that matters, or a question you cannot quite untangle is enough to start.

Both addresses are available for your enquiry. Choose either one; there is no need to email both. Opening a link starts an email draft in your mail app, not a booking.

A HUMAN PLACE TO BEGIN

Tell us what
matters to you.

Our journey started in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are building TruTrip for people travelling from India to destinations worldwide, including leisure travellers, corporate travellers and B2B agents planning for others.

The website is still coming together. These email links are a way to open a conversation with the brand, not a promise of availability, a confirmed travel service or a response within a particular time.

MAKE THE FIRST NOTE YOURS

Start with the feeling.

Tell us where you are thinking of going, roughly when, who might be travelling and what would make the time away feel worthwhile. Uncertain dates and unfinished ideas are welcome in a first conversation.

Open an email draft

This button opens your mail app with a subject line only. You choose what to write and whether to send it. You can also use either email address above.

A USEFUL FIRST MESSAGE

The outline is enough.

01 / THE DIRECTION

A destination. Or a reason.

Share the place, region or purpose you have in mind. If you are deciding between possibilities, say what draws you to each. The first step does not have to be a final choice.

02 / THE PRACTICAL PART

The shape of the trip.

Approximate dates, trip length, number of travellers and the service areas you want to discuss can help frame your question. General preferences are enough at this stage.

03 / THE PERSONAL PART

What matters most.

Perhaps it is a convenient connection, being close to a meeting, an unhurried stay or a day to explore. Tell us the priority that should stay in view as the idea develops.

Keep your first message simple. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, passport or identity-document scans, or sensitive medical information in an initial enquiry. No documents or payments are collected on this website.

BEFORE YOU PRESS SEND

A few helpful
boundaries.

Does emailing confirm a booking?

No. An enquiry does not reserve travel, confirm a price or create a booking. The pages describe our planned direction. Any future service, terms, availability and next steps would need to be explained separately.

Can I upload documents or pay here?

No. This temporary website has no document upload, application, account or payment process. Use the contact details for a general conversation, and keep sensitive documents and payment information out of your first email.

Is there a phone number or office visit address?

This website currently lists email contact only. Hyderabad, Telangana, India is where our journey began; it is not an invitation or address for an office visit.

When will the full website be ready?

No launch date is announced here. You can explore our story and planned services now, and contact us with a general question. The final scope and rollout will be shared when they are ready.

PLANNED FEATURE / TRIPBOARD

A place for the trip
you haven’t settled on.

The planned Tripboard would bring your saved destination ideas and travel possibilities into one place, so you can return to them while your plans evolve.

It is intended to open when you need it and tuck away when you don’t. Your ideas should have a place without taking over the page.

Not live on this preview. This window explains the idea. It does not save trips, create an account or check availability.
